This mosaic uses an old, wood window recycled as my substrate. I adhered glass directly on the windowpanes and did not grout. I created the mosaic during the early months of the Covid-19 pandemic and the process of making it kept me focused, calm and busy during the isolation and uncertainty of that strange time. Working on the bright design kept me hopeful for better days ahead.
